The gravlax equals summer as well as quite light food. At the hot summer time (heh, what hot summer?) when you do not want to eat heavy food.
This gravlax salad is so fresh and it tastes like summer.
You should try it!
Put the gravlax to the dish and pour over the half portion of the salad dressing: lime shell, lime juice, oil, soya sauce and a little bit of sugar. Put the fish to the fridge and prepare the salad: salad, cucumberand (pan fried if you wish) salted walnuts. Combine the gravlax and the salad and pour the left over dressing on the top.
